Patek Philippe 1928-1929 Early Cushion Ladies Watch;  Made in 18K yellow gold measuring 21 x 21mm with a silvered dial, black Breguet numerals, Blue steel hands.  The watch is fitted with an 8-85 caliber 18-jewel manual wind movement 815235 / 292644.  The case is engraved on the side with its original onion crown.  Further the watch is fitted with a brown lizard strap.
